Stephen had been running a successful professional practice providing business advice to farmers for many years when back in 2007 he first heard of Social Farming. From living on a Yorkshire farm until his early 20s, the untapped potential of this concept immediately resonated with him.
Mary is involved daily on all aspects of our activities, in particular selecting suggested farms to answer parent and school enquiries. On wellbeing, she has built up expertise in sourcing, preparing and cooking food, frequently passing on her tips.
Christina works with us on a pro bono ad hoc consultancy basis. She is a qualified professional maintaining wide contacts in the area of Special Needs. She has worked extensively in the NHS and Education with children, young people and adults across all sectors. Her experience includes working with voluntary and statutory organisations and in social care.
